Independent But Still to Choose -Scottish or British

 People in separate Scotland should not be allowed to hold twofold citizenship, according to people England. The population living in Scotland should be forced to choose one, either Scottish or British. It was found by the British Social Attitudes that six out of ten people in England thought that British should make a clear choice in a newly separate Scotland, while the other 3 said that they should be given right of dual nationality.About two-third people were in opinion of sending Britain’s Trident nuclear prevention to the southern border of Clyde base. According to the survey those weapons are still in the UK’s control. 41 % of Scots claimed that they wanted trident to continue being based on the north of the border while 37% were opposed to it.
John Swinney, the Scottish Finance Minister, finally admitted that Scotland would derive billions of pounds extra in the first years of independence. Mr. Swinney said he planned to unrestraint the Alliance’s strictness plan by increasing public expenditure to three per cent per year but according to Treasury the extra borrowing was the equivalent of £440 per person for one year...Read More
